COVID-19 Polycies
The followings please take a note before you purchase the tickets.

We ask for your cooperation in taking measures to prevent infection, such as taking your temperature and disinfecting when you enter.

If you fall under any of the following, you will not be able to enter the venue or receive a refund.
(Symptoms such as fever of cough, persons who have tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance, persons who have had close contact with someone who has tested positive) -
Please wear a mask at the venue.

We will ask you for your personal information when you purchase tickets. The personal information obtained will be provided in the event that we receive a request from a public institution such as a public health center or a local government, such as in the case of a new coronavirus positive case.

The audience is not allowed to enter or leave the theater during the performance as the seats are unlit. Please arrive before the show starts.

No changes or cancellations can be made after the ticket has been purchased.

If the performance is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons, an announcement will be made by e-mail the day before. In that case, the ticket can be rescheduled to another performance date or refunded.

Please make sure to register an e-mail address you have access to when reserving your seat.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept refunds or cancellations. However, if the event is cancelled due to the organizer's circumstances or other reasons, a full refund will be given.
